Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds
Refunds will be provided according to the following conditions:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is made within 3-6 days of the scheduled check-in date.
- There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven business days.
Cancellations
- Cancellations must be communicated to us via email or phone.
- No-shows or early checkouts will not be eligible for refunds.
- Refunds for early departures will be subject to management approval and may incur additional charges.
Exceptions
- In the event of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, we will work with you to reschedule your booking or provide a credit for future use.
Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer,UPI or cash.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks, or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Resort.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 01 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid ID like a Passport, Aadhar card, Driving License and PAN Card as well as a booking confirmation upon check-in.
Smoking/Alcohol Consumption Rules
- Alcohol consumption is only permitted in the restaurant and bar area.
- Smoking within the premises is not allowed.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables and the property takes no responsibility if lost or stolen.
- Guests must adhere to our property’s rules and regulations, including noise levels, smoking policies, and use of amenities.
- External food and alcohol is not permitted in the resort.
- Should you have food allergies or specific dietary needs, do inform us in advance. For those traveling with infants, an induction stove can be availed in-room upon request.
- Any damages or losses caused by guests will be charged accordingly.
Music/Noise Levels
- Recognizing the integral role that music plays in enhancing one’s holiday experience, we request you to reduce your music volume to an optimum level post 10:30pm. This ensures that you can enjoy your music preferences without impinging on others’ guest’s relaxation.
Property Accessibility
- This property is accessible to guests who use a wheelchair. We also provide wheelchairs upon request at the property.
Pets
- Pets will be allowed with prior approval and additional charges.
- Pets will not be allowed in the swimming pool and restaurant area.
Liability
- Kenisha Resort Residences is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during your stay, except in cases of negligence on our part.
- Guests are advised to obtain travel insurance for their protection.
Changes and Cancellations by Us
- We reserve the right to make changes to bookings or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternative arrangements or a full refund.
