Kunal & Padmaja Kumthekar
Both the founders, Kunal – an Investment Banker and Padmaja – A teacher by profession, do not come from traditional real estate background and have built Kenisha out of pure passion of creating something different from commodity weekend homes.
Their Global exposure is evident through the concepts and detailing throughout the project as well as in an individual unit. Kunal’s desire to create something beautiful and Padmaja’s love for nature makes them a very determined and passionate couple who nurture the place the way it deserves to be nurtured and looked after.
The best part is that they reside in the same community unlike many other projects where founders are visiting just to check the progress.
This couple has built it with the objective of creating a very good community that will convert second homes into first homes sometime in the journey of life !
Kunal & Padmaja have a farm house next to the project and enjoy every season with a variety of activities like bonfire, vegetable gardening, caring for the mango, chikoo and coconut trees that they gift to every resort/ homeowner here.
They want everyone who chooses Kenisha to experience this beautiful life close to nature!
