Sudhagad Fort, Pali
“Sudhagad” – The sweet one ! The Maratha warriors took over this fort in 1657 and renamed it “Sudhagad” meaning the sweet one! It is a hill fort situated in Maharashtra, 11 kilometers east of Pali in Raigad District. Sudhagad was considered by Chatrapati shivaji Maharaj as the capital of his Kingdom and thus has great historical significance. The entire area around this fort is declared a Sudhagad Wildlife Sactuary. It’s an ideal place for a one day trek!

Bhaja Caves
The ancient Rock cut caves at Bhaja near lonavla, close to the Kenisha Resort residences. Bhaja caves has 22 caves and is known as one of the earliest Buddhist rock cut monasteries in Deccan.
Duke's Nose
The Duke’s Nose also known as “Nagphani” was named after the duke of wellington. The duke’s Nose is called so due to it’s very shape- an inclined peak jutting out. The Duke’s Nose trek is highly recommended for beginners as it’s a comparatively easy one. One has to be extra cautious in the monsoons though as it gets very slippery.
